Return & Refund Policy

- Returns
- Unopened Items: We accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us to initiate the return process, and we will provide return instructions.
- Opened or Used Items: Due to the personal and consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used items unless they are damaged or defective.
- Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund after receiving photos of the damaged product.
- Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

- Shipping Costs
